The ten best years of my professional life - people, heart and smart

Mobile Therapist (Former Employee) Pittsburgh, PA

ProsWe were able to admit almost anyone who met criteria despite their financial situation. That in itself, made going to work each day a blessing. That happened as a result of perseverence and generosity of management. Unusual, and wonderful

ConsToo many chefs in the kitchen. At any one time the client may have four different therapist each taking various tasks of treatment. Poor communication and charting.

Advice to Senior ManagementRevert to Primary therapist who does more for fewer clients.

Excellent opportunity to switch from direct practice/program evaluation to the contracting side.

Contract Specialist (Current Employee) Cupertino, CA

ProsAbove average training for new and existing employees. Management is always available and solicits feedback. Morale is a little above average. Would recommend company.

ConsSalary is mediocre. No opportunity to negotiate employment contract.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay needs to be commiserated with experience and education. Negotiating salary was a non starter.

Helping a corporation help the world.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGreat culture, fun work environment. You don't feel micromanaged. Your peer employees are phenomenal. Seriously, most of them could get 50%-100% higher pay by working for other companies nearby.

ConsDisorganized. There has been a lot of changes in upper management in the past couple years leading to learning curves in nearly every position. Since this is healthcare, you will be underpaid.

An excellent company to work for.

Director of Utilization Review (Current Employee) Burns, TN

ProsCRC health group promotes competitive wages and an incredibly welcoming environment in which to work. Senior management is excellent to work with.

ConsLarge company brings with it a great deal of red tape and a bureaucracy that can be frustrating at times.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to put patients first and build on the successes the company enjoys. CRC is a fine example of how an organization should be run.
