    I worked at CRICO/RMF full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Benefits were good- health insurance, MBTA pass, Education assistance, generous paid time off. Flexible work schedule. Opportunities for growth in your well liked. Some departments were better managed than others.

    Cons

    When I left there was a lot of changes going on in the company. Seems to be a lot of favoritism. Postilions were created out of thin air to advance to the "right" people.

    I worked at CRICO/RMF as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

    Great business cause for improving medical practice safety
    Small company where your works is visible, friendly people.
    Financially it is in very good position

    Cons

    IT Management does not talk to business enough to be on the same page.
    Almost all work is done by different 3d parties with not much common vision for the end result.
    Management has mislead about their plans and intentions for the job scope and duration of the contract.
    Commute is lengthy and costly

    It need to focus on company's values and get your act together. Savings on engaging 3d part is eroded by discontinuity between their
