    ConsIndividuals work load directly reflects their knowledge and willingness to work extra in their field; though this in turn decreases the amount of motivational support to harder workers with just more work.

    Learning by the school of hard knocks. They practice the sink or swim method of learning.

    Prosthe 401k and profit shairing is great.

    ConsCompensation is not level among people doing the same job through out the company. And you never know where you stand with management, if you doing a good job or on the verge of being fired.

    No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
