    I have been working at CRTS


    Each division head is afforded the opportunity to manage their division as they see fit, the environment is relaxed, and the staff members are paid weekly.


    Management is not abreast of current best practices, does not keep current on changing HR rules/laws, is derogatory to women in general.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Offer a career path of office staff.
