I worked at CRY - Child Rights and You as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Helps you to understand the status of children in India and the problems they face on day to day basis. The organization also helps in increasing your confidence and PR skills.

    Cons

At many times you will feel totally out of the place. Normally you would expect the people to work for children but most of the time I got a feeling that the employees were working for themselves.
