    Work life balance, telecommute options, travel within state, progressive BOD, visionary Med Dir, trend reports accurate, grant updates timely with 100 percent accuracy

    Cons

    Grant funding limited, no state mandate, limited federal resources, despite best practices nationally minimal funding available, hospital compliance with data integrity at times a challenge

    soft sales, small group, supportive faculty, different options, can earn more fast, pretty easy work if you have the tenacity

    Cons

    hard to get on the grind day in and day out can get boring and reptative, and is a challenge not to be negative with customers that you want to yell at

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    pay should be for 8 hours not only if you work for 10!

    I worked at CSA full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Excelent Pay, bonuses, awards fee sharing, living conditions, vehicle accomodations and quality of life. working 48 hours per week at 4-10's and an 8 allowing for 2 day weekends unless otherwise scheduled overtime. Had the opportunity to work with some of the smartest managers and supervisors in the contracting business.

    I've been thinking about this now for more than 20 minutes and have not been able to come up with any.

    Keep up the good work and always remember quality of life for the employee when working overseas.

    I have been working at CSA as a contractor for more than 3 years

    Pros

    The living accommodation were outstanding and second to none. The company maintained an auto fleet to provide workers with off duty transportation.

    Cons

    The work schedule was 7 days a week. There was no time for balance your personal life. The compensation structure needs to be revisited.

    Build a competitive pay structure to reduce turnover

    Pros

    Good Pay. They pay for travel. They pay for food. They give you a place to live.

    Cons

    Lots of favoritism by race. Can't move up if you're not connected to someone.

    Check you lower level managers!! Those guys play favorites to same race!!!!
