The number of employees has been reduced to a point which affects our ability to deliver superior service to our clients.
Poor execution of new policies. Minimal communication, lacking follow-up analysis to confirm policy is beneficial.

Advice to Senior Management
Live up to your commitments
Pros
Work life balance is good and education benefits are good
Cons
Lack of innovation at work place
Advice to Senior Management
Have to be more open and need to have open communication channels
Pros
Smart people and good tools. Travel and orther expenses are handed and paid within 30 days. Training was better than other large companies I have worked for in the past. Base yearly pay was better that other consulting companies. However, the cons out numbered the pros.
Cons
100 percent travel all over the United States and over seas. Extened over seas stays of over 3 weeks at one time. No real bonus pay. Your base pay is what you get. Senior Leadership very young and lacked experience. Constant turn over of personnel.
Advice to Senior Management
Hire experienced senior leaders. Pay a real bonus. Keep travel to 60 percent. The travel is a major burn out factor for some of your best employees
Pros
good company to work for if you are not afraid of loosing the contract
Cons
raises are non existent when promoted. Not allowed to have exceptional reviews, some of upper management are disconnected from the real world.
Advice to Senior Management
allow for increases, quit telling employees how much money the company is making and in the same breath not allowing for raises.
Pros
allow somewhat flexible work schedules, large company so potentials there, best practices at your fingertips, good benefits, large clientiel they have
Cons
limited career growth at an account, not much guidance on how to gain it off an acount, they don't really guide you in how to grow your career.
Advice to Senior Management
let your people know they are valued and not just a billable entity, no career guidance on connectivity to greater csc
Pros
Good support from management with respect to comp time when working long hours. I've often worked quite a bit, but management was very understanding when this got to be too much and I needed time off.
The schedule is very flexible, with the ability to work from home one day per week, which saves on gas and allows for the usual office distractions to be taken away. Also, we have one off Friday every two weeks and management is not overly anal about hours worked.
Cons
Without having specific levels of our colleagues, it is tough to see potential for career progression, and therefore tough to scope out the salary potential for a particular position or group.
Advice to Senior Management
Offer more detailed career path to retain employees.
