“not bad”
Current Employee – been working at CSC full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – larger company which has lots of opertunities. Allows you to try many different areas. Many world wide locations. Pay is not too bad
Cons – you have to ask for promotions. the IT in the company is lacking for an IT company (email, timecards, paystubs)
Advice to Senior Management – keep us happy, give better healthcare options

Pros – Salary
Experience - because you will be thrown into situations where you have no idea what you are doing.
Cons – Lack of communication
Unstructured
Management doesn't seem to have any clue about running a help desk
If you're a subcontractor, they cannot dictate your pay. However, they can certainly increase your responsibilities and duties
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your employees. Provide feedback.
