Pros
reasonable pay, recession proof, less lay offs, secure job unless you are not a dud. relax working environment. offers loan for car and computers. can take leaves. Work pressure adequate to give you enogh time.
flexi timings are there in some projects that you may find useful. Depending on your luck you may get a manager who is easygoing. Most of the supervisors are cool and dont put undue pressure. Nice infrastructure and working conditions.

moronic work, not competitive, no latest technology, support and maintence work
Advice to Senior Management
utilize the skills of emloyees fully rather then giving them random tasks
