    Very nice people to work for.

    ProsFair and kind to employees and a dynamite HR personel.

    ConsIt is a contract job and private sector does pay more, but private sector expects a lot more overtime to meet dead lines.

    Advice to Senior ManagementGreate Job in HR and the people are very nice and helpful. They made changing jobs very easy and always answered questions in a timely manner.

    ProsHelping deaf people survive a prejudiced world. It must be a difficult life, and it was a joy to learn the about the distinct culture of the deaf community. The relationships and bonds between co-workers will probably never be duplicated in any job I ever have in the future.

    csd is a very different department were there is more that we can learn and its a main source of communication.
