    Pros

    Good work life balance. Excellent health perks.

    Cons

    Opportunities for advancement are hard to come by and people tend to get promoted more based on who they know. Lack of communication between departments and management made it hard to get things done timely.

    I worked at CSI Leasing full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Above average benefits, lots of "lifers", good wellness and company events, very nice salespeople

    Cons

    Some dysfunction and unprofessional practices in lower positions within company, reviews delayed up to 7-12 months after due date with no repercussions for managers, problems filling empty positions causing unnecessary hardship on some workers, little to no repercussions for some workers who acted inappropriately, not many opportunities for advancement, low customer service expectations

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Implement management training for lower and middle level managers. There should be repercussions for unethical or unprofessional behavior. Increase customer service expectations.

    Pros

    Flexible work schedule.
    Willing to give you time off for personal or school.
    Management does not micromanage.
    Co-workers are friendly and family oriented.
    Would suggest to current-or recent graduates.

    Cons

    If you are out of the main office, there are not many career advancement opportunities unless you are willing to move to Saint Louis.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management should really improve the new sales hire program. It leaves new representatives out in the cold to fend for themselves. The company should really have more offsite locations so people can work remotely.
