    I worked at CSIR

    Pros

Freedom to be yourself. Flexibility of work hours and location. Casual easy going stress free environment. Great facilities and reputation/

    Cons

Below par compensation but not unfair.
    Below par benefits.
Growth can be slow and stifling in some cases.
Not for those with future business interests.
    Sometimes old fashioned.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make the place more dynamic and learn from the likes of Google, etc. Just make it perfect and make a plan for funding to push up the salaries.
