Pros – The company offered multiple shifts..the pay was decent. Co workers and supervisors were very down to earth. Most employees have work there for years but newer hires are made to feel very welcome. On the bus line. Great trainers!
Cons – No tuition reimbursement programs. Some shifts were cut short depending on the volume of work. Coffee and coffee cups..yes coffee cups had to be paid for.
Advice to Senior Management – Work on expanding employee benefits.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
