I worked at CSP full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The company offered multiple shifts..the pay was decent. Co workers and supervisors were very down to earth. Most employees have work there for years but newer hires are made to feel very welcome. On the bus line. Great trainers!

    Cons

No tuition reimbursement programs. Some shifts were cut short depending on the volume of work. Coffee and coffee cups..yes coffee cups had to be paid for.

    Advice to Management

    Work on expanding employee benefits.

    Pros

Good rate of pay. Lunch was provided. travel cards were provided which was worth quite a lot of money but i did hear of some pople not getting these.

    Cons

Lack of organisational structure. Lack of actual job roles some days. Sometimes You would stay in the office for hours waiting to be deployed
