No upper managment to watch over you.
Cons – No career growth or advancement
Unfair treatment from upper management
VERY high turnover rate, especially with Senior Management
No potential new work - causes uncertainty of the stability of your position
Poor teamwork skills between departments
HR department is out for themselves
Poor communication between management and their employees
Poor Benefits
A company that is overall following apart.
Advice to Senior Management – CSSI NEEDS Senior Managment or managment that will last more then 6 months.

Pros – A variety of opportunities in various disciplines. Many of the tasks stress some esoteric knowledge and its a good chance to learn new concepts and ideas.
The company goes out of its way at times to be good to the employees with tickets to major sporting events and a way-fully stocked buffet at corporate meetings.
Cons – As a slightly smaller company, it can be hard to find the right niche to be in and at times it can be hard to find a new position when your current position terminates or its time to move on.
Advice to Senior Management – Senior management seems to be doing a good job. No complaints from me.

Pros – Wonderful colleagues. Work can be rewarding.
Cons – Lack of communication, Lack of clarity on training opportunities available, lack of promotional opportunities, lack of clarity on corporate direction, Executive Team lacks focus.
Advice to Senior Management – The first step to solving a problem is to admit you have one. Please come to the realization that your employees are not stupid, own up to your missteps and course correct quickly. The transparency that existed in the past was actually a good thing. How about going back to basics?

I worked at CSSI full-time for more than a year
Pros – There WERE some great people working there
Nice corporate gym membership deal
Not a bad location. Right by the metro
Cons – It's a long list
It's a sinking ship. Between contract cuts, budget cuts, layoffs, and voluntarily leaving, there have been a ton of people leaving. All but one VP left, probably near 50 people have resigned/been let go over the past 2 months.
No trust in upper management. They have made terrible decisions with everything and are a main force behind why people leave. The FAA (the main client) told CSSI that it refuses to work with certain people in the high ups.
All the experienced people/people who have been there years are leaving. Not only are they leaving, but they're leaving on bad terms. CSSI has made a lot of former employees into enemies that not only talk bad on the company to everyone else, but also ones that are legitimately looking to take work and people away from the company. It's reputation is tarnished.
There is also a huge problem with cronyism and favoritism. A few higher ups are incompetent, big reasons for the problems, and stuck in an old system, but they won't ever be fired by the CEO. In fact, they're able to get other fired to protect themselves.
Advice to Senior Management – Do completely opposite of what you are doing now and stop running people from the company.

I have been working at CSSI
Pros – Clients are really good.
Well to learn new technology but repetitive.
Before selection process. Please read your offer well and get return proof in your offer.
Cons – Bad management.
Higher management treats like you are servant. Whatever they are saying you need to accept if you want to work well without any problem.
Stay till late night without any work.
Hiring team management which is with least cost.
Reliving process is also not smooth. Very much pinching every-time.
This is not best place to work ever.
There's no team here. Everyone are thinking about individual and even management are playing like these.
Advice to Senior Management – Refresh you management or you loose all your team.

I have been working at CSSI
Pros – flex time is a plus, good compensation. fairly good experience when it comes to subject matter experts. never a lack of work.
Cons – very little opportunity for personal growth. management sometimes just puts you where they think you will fit as opposed to where you feel you need to be.
