I have been working at CSST full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

You can do what you want, no control and no qualified bosses work there, easy to obtain your permanent job since there is no real evaluation of personel by the direction.

    Cons

Bad atmospehere in the office, no trust, lot of backstabing by coworker, climat is no good, no advancement unless you are a sucker for bosses, only a yes man will obtain real freedom.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do your job and find the courage to face the people in Quebec with there wrong way sometimes, if you want quality work done keep the people who diserve it.

    Negative Outlook
