    Pros

The work is great if you love sports, and the colleagues are very friendly.

    Cons

There's no vision. Huge disconnect between upper management and the rest of the employees, and seemingly no desire to spend the necessary funds to make the content as good as possible

    Advice to Management

If you want to compete with the big dogs, you have to spend like the big dogs.

    Pros

Aside from saying you work for CBS Sports, there is no pro.

    Cons

Long hours, no overtime, no benefits for majority of employees - they use a loophole in the law to get away with treating their employees like crap.

    Advice to Management

Start treating your employees like they are a part of something. Provide growth opportunities - not just jobs. Offer real training opportunities, cross-training, and educate supervisors on how to supervise and not just dictate/rule.

    Cons

Didn't know when I should go to lunch

    Advice to Management

    Disapproves of CEO
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

It's in sports, and it is ultimately an easy way to get into a field that is otherwise kind of tough to break into...It is overall an interesting field and the people at CSTV are top notch, people wise you can't expect much better than you'll get at CSTV...

    Cons

The pay is pretty low for the field it is in, typically working in the digital field means that you get paid what you are worth or at least closer to what you are worth, not really so at CSTV. The hours are not so good, you are also not really compensated adequately for working strange hours.

    Advice to Management

Increase the pay of your employees
