Course could be adjusted so that students can be more adapted to job market. Especially in EE department

    Pros

Fun place, Great Campus. Good focus and all around pleasant atmosphere to make it a good place to work. Benefits great too.

    Cons

Stodgy big institutional. Not the most vibrant place in terms of professional growth, but that is offset by security so it ends up being a tradeoff.

    Pros

I'm proud that I've studied at CSU. I'm learning not only my field but also other field that may be related in my field.

    Cons

The employee's at CSU business office is too late for any kind of request.

    Advice to Management

There are a lot of knowlegible professors that give students chance for academic and industrial experiance.

    Pros

In a nice town. Nice community. That's pretty much it

    Cons

Bureaucratic, slow turning, out of touch with the real world and industry.

    Advice to Management

Ask what the students and faculty are thinking.

  11. Work stays 8-5, otherwise too politically quagmired

    Pros

Standard work hours that don't sprawl into 50+ hour work weeks, no need to be exemplary at role you're tasked with.

    Cons

Decisions are politically and personality minded more often than based on most effective course of action, as well as very tenacious defense of fiefdom control, so you must be adept at avoiding stepping on people's toes as opposed to being adept at contributing solid, progressive work

    Advice to Management

Much of the problems are inherent to the system, however actively engaging problems and loosening control of minor details in order to better accomplish major goals would help create a more positive work environment
