“aw man”
Pros
the pay was good and the work was easy once you learned all the rules and some pretty cool discounts
Cons
its based on seniority and you can be furloughed when it get slow the union really doesn't do anything for you either and you have to be in it
Advice to Senior Management
to the people in charge i'm pretty sure yall can live comfortable with your 6 and 7 figure salaries if your employees can do it on $50,000 a year but if you can't then i understand your million dollar bonus while you have people laid off and struggling
