Monotonous, casual, and repetitive sums up this position

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsThis position gives you freedom to walk around, work independently and wear casual clothing. It's a very easy job that requires very little training.

ConsThis position is highly boring and repetitive. It doesn't require any intelligent or creative problem solving. Basically, you are a robot for 8 hours a day.

    IT is dysfunctional

Data Entry Clerk (Former Employee) Albany, NY

ProsIf you can get anything at all to work given all the old, stale and broken tech they use you will be a hero.

ConsEvery little thing is second guessed and must be explained and justified over and over again.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf you actually value being a software and services company then learn to do it right. Do not have people with either out of date experience or lack of experience run the show. Maybe start by moving forward from Exchange Server 2003.

    Eh...

Eelectronic Technician (Former Employee) Aurora, CO

ProsUsually looking for new people so there's lots of opportunity. Business model is strange, but it seems to be working in their favor. I heard benefits are great once you get hired.

ConsEveryone gets hired as a temp, so you are subject to whatever benefits are available through your agency. Most employees are definitely thought of as a resource (in the negative term). Pay scales are modest, at best.

    Toxic Work Environment

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) West Chester, PA

ProsIf you are a CTDI employee...you can do NOTHING all day and still manage to keep your job.

ConsConstant lying to customers. Impossible production goals. Constant Mirco-Managing. No Structure. Impossible to get supplies needed to perform job functions. No Training for job performance.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop promoting the 3rd generation children (and their college buddies) to run your business.

    Nepotism run amuck

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsTheir checks clear and the office has air conditioning. HR is a joke. Simply lackies for upper management.

ConsManagement is completely clueless and unless your last name is Parsons you aren't going anywhere. Change bonus structure on a whim so you can't meet your goals.

Advice to Senior ManagementNot worth my time

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
