I have been working at CTIS, Inc. full-time

    Pros

Great pay; very flexible management structure; cutting-edge IT; world-class opportunity to work with government research institutions

    Cons

It's a matrix organization, so leadership roles aren't always clearly defined for small tasks; you have to know how to prioritize and manage your time to succeed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at CTIS, Inc. full-time

    Pros

Chairman is a visionary, a genius with a golden heart. Mostly 80% in the management employees have been with the company for more than 10-25 years; some started from entry level and ended up with executive positions. Great indicator that management take care very well of the employees. Great health benefits and job security. Plenty of opportunities to grow within. Co-worker are very supportive; great team work.

    Cons

I wish company 401 k would match 50% of employee contributions

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management need to enforce accountability with consequence when certain task or projects are not met and set up a reward system as well. I've worked with other huge corporations before where I see a lot of heads rolling when employee makes grave mistakes. Chairman truly cares with employees and sometimes hinders the cut-throat decision-making process.

I worked at CTIS, Inc. full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Work Experience in a tech/ medical field.
    Some co workers

    Cons

Professional environment that lacks professionalism due to the favoritism only hiring Indians.
If your not in the family or a friend you will be a nobody.
Would have stressful meetings that got nothing accomplished.
Raj the CEO was treated like a celebrity but the company was so cheap.
Employees would have to fork over their own money for work charity and work related party events.
Don't expect a raise or bonus.
The atmosphere was toxic and there was a fear in the air about losing their job.
Sad sad work environment never regretted leaving!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire outside your race friends and family and the company may be successful

    Doesn't Recommend
