I have been working at CTT full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

It's a company with over 3 decades history, and most of the employees have been working in here for like 20 or even 30 years. It's like working together with your family in CTT. Good/above average benefits too.

    Cons

Not so easy for a new employee to get used to its culture.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    None.

I worked at CTT full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Only that the company has managed to exist for about 30 years.

    Cons

-Unusual hiring practices which typically results in not hiring the best qualified applicants. Many employees do not speak English well or at all. Advancement and promotions are also handled in a similar fashion.

-A difficult work environment with little support and too much politics between managers and individuals. A lack of technically skilled, long term senior employees has also contributed to the stagnant growth and downsizing of the company. Cultural management practices by the immigrant owner/managers also makes working here a challenge.

-Pay increases are based on personal preference and generally lower than the cost of living (except for the privileged few). Health benefits are limited, expensive, and continue to shrink year after year

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To the CEO: Get your head out of... the sand. Take control of your company and remove those who work against it. That will be a good start.
