    Good company for work-life balance

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsCompany is very understanding of employees' personal commitments. People are very happy in general. Good atmosphere. pay and benefits are really good. Overall good working environment. Management meets with the staff every quarter to give you an update about the business and how its doing, so you know how they're doing.

Conshard to figure out what the priorities are, as management seems kind of vague on it. It changes a lot. they should invest more back into the business too.

Advice to Senior ManagementIt's obvious that there are several people in the management team that don;t get along, and some middle management acts like teenagers. don't make fun of people. keep it professional.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Good benefits but poorly managed

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Ontario, CA

ProsBenefits are great and line staff are great people to work with

ConsLeadership team is unpolished and unprofessional. Company secures talent but doesn't do much to develop their employees. This company uses their talent/people for the skills they already have without providing opportunities to grow. If you want to move up, this isn't the company for you.

Advice to Senior ManagementTrain management to develop their direct reports to be capable of replacing them or moving within the organization. The organization got used to functioning with skeleton crews in the lean days and seems to have forgotten that it has to be a two way street (promote from within).

    Interview Process

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Ontario, CA

ProsThe people are very easy to talk to and ask probing questions

ConsThey leave you hanging when it comes to a decision. When asked for follow-up . . . they've changed their mind and gone another direction.

Advice to Senior ManagementMake a decision and follow-up on it.

ProsBenefits, coworkers. We have jobs .

ConsSeniort Management, pay is below average. Are we even going to have jobs or are they moving to home office?

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to the employees and do not release updates/upgrades until they are tested.

    Great company, but mixed bag

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsOverall, the people are great and the compensation/benefits are above average (exceptional 401k). Stable throughout recession due to very competent accounting practices. Innovative products and sales strategies.

ConsVery poor planning and divisional alignment of priorities. As a result, the company spends more time dealing with crisis and issues caused by poor communication. The impact on staff is high stress and impact on personal life. Constantly shifting priorities before the previous project is complete.
