    Pros

    GO to work in the pharmacy not the front end (retail sales)

    Cons

    They will change your hours and work location in a heartbeat with only a one day notice to you and not even a thank you. Your raise will never cover the increased cost of your insurance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Low pay, very low raises, and DM's treat people like throw away objects. The only real money is made for the company is in their pharmacies.

    Good pay, good benefits, 45 salaried hours, weekends off, easy replenishment system

    Cons

    Worst payroll of any company I've managed, too much work and no help

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Run payroll by dollar amount instead of hours of operation. Makes zero sense that a 35k dollar a week store has the same payroll as a 12k a week store
