Former Employee – worked at CVS Group
Pros – good training, working with a friendly staff, accommodating to scheduling needs, opportunity for growth.
Cons – dealing with annoying customers can be a downfall (as with any retail location), and you get a new manager every so often...(for me I only had 2 different managers in 3 years). That can be an adjustment to take into consideration.
Advice to Senior Management – In some cases, being a little more sensitive to needs of employers, compassion.

-Management worked to make sure you were happy on the job.
-There was always something new to learn/do.
Cons – -Customers were often difficult to deal with.
-At a 24 hour store, you feel as if there's no "catching up" with the list of things you need to do.

Current Employee – been working at CVS Group
Pros – Management is polite and goal-oriented. Work is easy. The stock aspect of the night shift job is basically just straightening the store. Running cashier is also easy.
Cons – Sometimes, customers can be difficult and will argue with you for a long time over a 25 cent coupon. Management is not completely organized. When I worked there it took them almost a month to send out my first paycheck.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep treating your employees so well and they'll continue to work hard. Try to figure out glitches in your paycheck system to ensure employees get paid on time.
