    They hire anyone and everyone , as long there is a " body " to keep the doors open , everything is just fine

    Cons

    The company polices , poor management , communication , poor benefits . They just don"t care if you a great employee or not . You are just a " body ".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    treat the employees that make a difference better , you won't be able to perform wells without the qualified people. Fight for them , for a better pay and benefits.

    okay but I feel there is more room to grow. I work the front desk and it's cool and all but not enuff money.

    There are just not enough money at the company. I am just a regular person at the company. I feel stressed and bogged down.

    I loved the time I worked for CVS. Many hated it, but I did my job and never had a problem with management.

    Cons

    I really have nothing bad to say about the job. Photo was pretty faced paced, but that's not a problem in the digital era.
