I worked at CXtec full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

They support community in many ways. Very well respected.

    Cons

People that have been there know how to manipulate other account manager accounts and take their sales and accounts. Showing no remorse.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Respect each and every account manager as if you were sitting in their chair. Understand the true definition of honesty. Treat others like you want to be treated. When you don't - you shouldn't be a manager.

I have been working at CXtec full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Good company overall, Pay can be good at times. Starting pay could be higher. Lots of perks like stocked cafe, Gym and sales contests

    Cons

Push the employees to do their best everyday, which can be overbearing at times. A higher salary would be nice considering the cost of living rises around us, but our pay does not.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I like coming to work, and its not just a job, but at the same time, I like to have a personal life. It would be nice get better pay so that a part time job was not always necessary to make ends meet.

    Pros

I have never worked for a company that truly cares about their employees and their success! It is truly refreshing to work in an environment like this.

    Cons

I wish I could share but I can't think of anything. Maybe that they only have regular and French Vanilla creamer for your coffee?
