Details
Pros
probably the best Private Practise for IP in Paris, if not in France. Great emphasis on exams. Plasseraud values the patent attorneys and gives all the tools and trainings to reach these goals.
Cons
if the goal is to become a partner, the seats are limited. as the firm is growing, more and more partners will be added. Currently there is 8 partners, but the next seats available won't be any time soon. So that can be a problem for someone who absolutely wants to become a partner.
Advice to Senior Management
allow telecommuting when the patent attorney has shown himself/herself to be trustworthy. telecommuting can be a great asset to give flexibility and balance between work and private life
