Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
Pros – Treatment of staff/colleagues very good. Good top/down communications/cascades. Very interested to listen to colleague views. Wide range of technologies and good opportunity to progress (actively encouraged).
Cons – Too many internal re-organisations and remuneration becoming an issue.
Advice to Senior Management – More stable management structure needed.
Pros – There are some very lovely people at C&WW
Cons – Employees treated disrespectively. The company always seemed. to announce redundancies just before Christmas. You get the impression they feel you don't need to be treated well as if you leave it's very easy to find a replacement for you
Advice to Senior Management – If you are going to insist on a process driven company which doesn't rely on "heroes"... make sure the processes are in place and work
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
Pros – Nice people to work with, good team work. Good communication, unnecessary and a distraction from getting work completed at times. Good facilities and spaces to work. Lots of proceedures to follow.
Cons – Managerial communications were partially unnecessary and a distraction from getting work completed at times. I did not like the fact that all my female colleagues had to leave their jobs if they had a child as there was no flexibility provided. This was disgraceful.
Advice to Senior Management – Encourage development of skills to aid motivation in staff. Apply a fair policy to mothers. The company would be more successful and liked if mothers were given working flexibility. Be seen to accommodate people with valuable skills.
