Interesting place with lots of change. Good Executive Management team. Challenging industry and lots of opportunity within the business to learn and develop.
Cons
Pace of change can be sometimes off putting.
For a global organisation, the focus on Bracknell can be limiting depending on which area of the business you work in.Advice to Senior Management
Better embrace the wider pool of resource from the UK and beyond the M4 corridor.
