    Pros

    Everyone's voice is heard. Even as a sales associate or "stylist" district managers care what you have to say and relay to their regionals. With a good team at your store you'll love the experience. The company truly tries to hire within, giving good opportunity for moving up.

    Cons

    Absolutely no benefits for part-time.

    Really need to practice what you preach. You say it is a "Promote from within company," but out of the six years I worked for the company, I knew many great employees who's hard work didn't pay off.

    Pros

    Enjoyed working with my staff.. But the District manager was a very Demanding women. She would come to the store which by the way was doing great numbers and very organized and clean.. But no matter she always found something to complain about something. Never words. of encourgment There was no where to move up in this company.

    Dealing with the District manager was always a challenge.. She would call and bark orders..

    They told us when to take vacation not letting us choose our on dates..

    40% off discounts, to request off is not a problem

    Cons

    Everyone wants to know everyone's business, too much gossiping, management is not strong enough, connecting and creating loyalty with customers is not addressed even with the managers, favoritism goes throughout the store.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management needs to improve by hiring store managers that can address any situation with out having to discuss with other employees about how bad of a performance is being made by the other associate. Zoning and connecting with customers need to be more of a focus point in order to create loyalty and having better conversion reports. Hopefully with these improvements cache can now do better with stocks and their investors that are now not investing due to how by the company is doing.

    Pros

    Meeting clients, some coworkers are loyal.

    Cons

    SM reported possible employee merchandise theft to DM in Houston. Business as usual. Same employee accused of theft previously had been given (by co-SM) a formal gown meant for "damaged" valued at $600.00. Items missing. Employee that is top seller is allowed to give extra discounts to customers. If comments are said employees that are less liked will be removed from the schedule as punishment.

    You don't know as much as you think.

    9-5 hrs, good work/ life balance. Loyal customer base. Friendly work environment.

    No one has any idea what's going on or what type of company they want to be. Complete lack of understanding of the customer.

    Pros

    The clothes are decent they do give you 70% off you first 3 tips and bottoms but after its 30-40% depending on employee promotions.

    Some clothing is very well made.

    Items are very trendy, however, but not lasting fashion pieces.

    Customer service in call center is very nice

    Cons

    -Mandatory Sunday night after closing meetings. -Mandatory 4-5 am floor set changes.
    -Mandatory to wear clothing that is on the selling floor only in my store. So average of 500 spent on clothing every 3-4 months even after discount.
    -some clothes are so poorly made they fall apart
    -store manager didn't have any tact or control over her employees.
    -sales associates were permitted to disrespect assistant managers
    -customers could verbally abuse management and even when they were in the wrong if they called to complain you were reprimanded (trying to return worn clothing, wanting cash with no receipt, clearly switching tags on pieces)
    -DM had no clue what she was doing
    -employees are not trustworthy

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get DM's who have an idea what they are doing. The inability for the open door policy to be followed is disgusting and utterly unacceptable.
