Pros – The opportunity to get involved in complex projects, which helped build my skill set, was outstanding. Awesome group of people to work with. I never didn't want to go to work.
Cons – Long hours, difficult work/home balance due to the workload.

Pros – Good work life balance
Operations team knew what they were doing
Sales team was compentent, but not overachieving
The company's culture was next to none, very employee friendly
Cons – Managment does not listen to continuous improvement suggestions, even projects that would save the company multi millions of dollars across the entire company. Internal controls in some commercial areas was lacking. Company does not seem to have direction in that each department is not focused on one common goal.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to the function leaders when they advise what projects need to be worked on at the lowest level of the organization. IT is not a strong function at the company.
Pros – Great work environment
Lot of things going on, which provides opportunity
Access to senior leadership
Cons – Slow Decision making - if anyone wants to make one
Politics in mid-senior management
Speak the HR lingo but no application
Advice to Senior Management – Need to create a vision and articulate without the fluff, and be bold in decision making
