Great People and products (some are still inductry leaders)
Cons
Poor Executive management -focusing on cutbacks, rather than investing in devlopment, so when the economy turnsaround, company is ready.
Since many layoffs, remaining people work every evening, weekend and shutdowns
More jobs going offshore
Quality is no longer a priorityAdvice to Senior Management
Bring in new blood for management positions.
Make customers number 1 again.
