Advice to Senior Management – There are many mid level managers who are not qualified enough and who does not have talent to lead the organization in head quarters as well as India and other countries which is causing the talent exodus. Most of the low talented people are retained by the company and great people are encouraged to quit by these low profile managers. Upper mgmt need to take a losure look when the seniors quit the company.
