I have been working at Caesars Entertainment full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Meeting different people, fun atmosphere, great benefits

    Cons

Work hours (holidays, weekends, and nights), 30 minute lunch breaks, poor management, HR department will rarely place you in the position in which you originally applied.

    Advice to Management

Actually place people based on their preferences and qualifications instead of placing them where you want them to go. The turnover rate would not be so bad.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Caesars Entertainment part-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Dealers are the highest paid non-salaried employees. As a part-time dealer, you could easily make 35K working 4 days a week. You don't even have to be experienced because they teach you how to deal. The best customer service training EVER.

    Cons

Work-life balance isn't the greatest, because you are basically expected to be available any day of the week and they often take your off days for holidays and city events. Also management goes through these spurts where they want to crack down on frivolous dress code violations (earrings, hair color, nail polish) and send you home or write you up.
