    Cons

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employees will understand if information is given to them. Being in the dark is worse than facing the challenges together as a team.

    I worked at Caesars Entertainment

    Pros

    great benefits for the employees

    Cons

did not give me a chance to show what my abilities are. A lot of confusion at management level

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't let someone go from a job until you give them a chance to be trained properly. 3 weeks and out was not much time considering I was told it would take 6 months to get the job down.

I have been working at Caesars Entertainment full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefits with HRA and FSA choices, Life Insurance, ST and LT Disability, Vision, and Dental to mention a few of the healthcare options. Wellness Program with screenings and online support, which if performed correctly and set standards are fulfilled, cash incentives are allocated.

    Cons

Company seems poorly run; all the way from the lowest dept. managers up to the CEO at this location. Lack of communication within departments, minimal wage increase for the area, and lack of honesty/trust between mgt. and employees. Employees are treated as 'just a number'; with a high rate of turnover in staffing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Programs state -Promotions from Within, but rarely seen. While still a large scale company, employees desire more individual respect, more leniency when family situations arise; and, better communication with employees when implementing new programs or new department protocols.

    Pros

Fun place to work. Benefits are good. Hate the fact that it is open 24/7/365. I guess that's casino life for you.

    Cons

Long crazy hours. Management is clueless as to how departments should be ran. No idea how to schedule. Always either over or under staffed.
