I have been working at Caixa Geral de Depósitos full-time

    Pros

It has good perks. 20%+ pension contribution, gym subsidy, health insurance, glasses/ contact lenses subsidy

Good flexibility on work -life balance, and they have a lot of patience for starters.

    Cons

    Salary is infinitesimal.

There is no feeling of earned success. A positive performance does not translate to any sort of praise, let alone a raise!

    Training is very much "on-the-job"
