I worked at Cal State East Bay full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I enjoyed the people I worked with. They were friendly, down to earth, people I could not only work with but share life with.

    Cons

Ineffectiveness in work processes, or team members who were lazy on the job, were often complained about but rarely addressed by my direct supervisor or upper management. Those who were more hardworking just ended up working more in order to get the job done.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Survey your team members to see what's not working and what is, and take action.
