Pros – This company has some of the best people I have ever worked with and I am very impressed with how they have transformed themselves in the industry. Strong management and strategic leaders in many departments
Cons – Hard to have upward mobility because people tend to stay long term at the company

Cons – lack of "team" environment and opportunities for professional growth and development
