I have been working at Calico Industries full-time

    Pros

Calico is made of up amazing people. From the people working the phones in customer service to operations to the sales team in the field

    Cons

The president of Calico is a small man with even smaller leadership abilities. The company is run by his father in law that pulls in strings like a goofy puppet, from afar. They win unprofitable business and walk from excellent business because they can't get outside of price selling

    Advice to Management

Brush off the resumes because you will need them in less than a year. You heard it here first.
