    Pros

This company is awesome. They value their employees and create a great work enviroment. Beau Brown is the fourth generation owner of his family for our company, and one of the greatest CEO's that any organization has ever had. He knows all employees by name and makes everyone feel special and like they are important and they matter. This is a company you would never want to leave, should you be lucky enough to get to work here
