    Pros

CLCV does a lot of amazing work on legislation and electoral campaigns. They are very instrumental on educating voters through their membership, electing strong environmental candidates, and passing landmark bills to protect our climate, support green energy, ban toxic chemicals, and more.

    Cons

The internal organizational culture is strongly hierarchical and not conducive to 360 reviews, implementing great ideas from staff, or fostering team-building and collaboration.

    Advice to Management

Create more opportunities to build staff morale and implement 360 reviews. Put attention on how the organization can retain great employees.

    Pros

You're working with alot of sincerely committed and talented team members, with a progressive and inclusive work ethic. This is your chance to gain a crash course in environmental politics-- from citizens to Sacramento. The position allows for alot of creativity and breadth in developing your own persuasive abilities while informing yourself and others of current environmental policy.

    Cons

They need a more updated work environment. The commision structure is pretty complex and there's a learning curve. Benefits are minimal.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you do.
