Good People, But a Bit Disorganized

Part Time Professor (Current Employee) Northridge, CA

ProsThe staff really care about the students and their education.

ConsIf you are part time, you feel as though you are an afterthought. Paperwork is given to you at the 11th hour, putting the urgency on you to complete. The process needs to be tightened up.

Advice to Senior ManagementDevelop a system to onboard new teachers and be proactive in the process.
