I worked at California State University part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The department was very understanding and worked with my schedule to have an evening class. The chair of my department was approachable and willing to help.

    Cons

The only problem for me was that my class was not offered by semester so I had to get another class in the Spring, which I was not able to so I was out of work for a semester.
