    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Carrie sparks the account rep. For caliper is the best recruiter I've ever dealt with she's in contact on a daily or by daily basis to see how caliper associates are doing. Great rep. To have on your side. I have not been at faurcia long enough to judge management but I can say my super and gap leader on second shift weld are great.
