I worked at Calsoft full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible timings (works best for those on bench), casual dress code, excellent place for people seeking transition to dev/testing and have skills but no experience

    Cons

    Management is not good,
projects are of very small duration and can shut down any moment!,
no respect for employees skill, voicing concerns about project choice or designated role is felled on deaf ears even if it is mentioned to the CEO himself,
no domain training/ppts provided for experienced employees, so its best for someone with experience in storage/virtualization, people of other domains should think 100 times before joining,
good for freshers as it gives them employment but bad for them nevertheless as quality of code is never checked for, hence they end up having experience with juvenile style of code writing

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    1. Work on employee retention policies.
