I worked at Calyx full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They provide free mints? It's a struggle to find any!

    Cons

No career development Inability to treat all equally Unprofessional - blurred lines with management Poor benefits Very closed culture

    Advice to Management

Poor management No direction, no strong leadership with actual tangible results. Review your workforce, and assess why retention rates are low in certain offices. Employees that have been with the company for a long tome can either be a source of information and the reason why it's a slow moving, closed culture environment. Cut the culture in half and create a new one. One where professional people would be attracted in working there and would view it as a credible company and not a small fish in a very big pond. A company is as good as its workforce, weed out those resistant to change but exert negative influence...only then can it move forward and be seen as a real competitor. Harsh but true!
