    Pros

    Team oriented. Small close knit work force.

    Cons

    Low pay. They hire nurses and aides per diem, not any full time positions.

    Hire full time employees and give benefits.

    Pros

    I had a wonderful client.

    Cons

    There was no support from office staff. They work the field staff 5 to 7 days a week and still don't think you have worked enough. Office supervisor never had time for field staff and pushed you off on to the RN/Case Managers. This is a highly disorganized agency.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get to know your field staff. Pay closer attention to who your offices are being run.
