Pros
small amont of employees in my building it is easy to get to know your superiors.
Cons
benefits are horrible, they do not match 401k per our Senior vice president " they are not required to give us those types of benefits, nor does it state anywhere we would received a raise"
Advice to Senior Management
Put more into your employees so you can get more out of them,
Pros
Salary is competitive for the industry. You receive challenging cases to work. Good office location, easy access.
Cons
It is a white-collar sweatshop, a mill, a revolving door, a churn & burn. Unconscionable workloads, you are expected to work outrageous amounts of unpaid overtime. Stress level off the charts. Incompetent, unprofessional management. A salary freeze for the past year, little incentive to perform at high levels. No praise from management for a job well done. If not for the poor economy there would be a stampede out the door.
Advice to Senior Management
Either hire more staff or reduce workloads. More professional supervisors.
