Cons – Low salaray packages & massive workload

“Varies greatly by Departments/Divisions”
Former Employee – worked at Cambridge
Pros – Cambridge is considered a well run city so there is inherently pride when working there. The city has a nice tax income which provides decent resources for people to get their jobs done.
Cons – Lots of dead wood and unhappy people.
Bad managers are tolerated, even when it is ridiculous and causes staff turnover.
Advice to Senior Management – Analyze those exit interviews and act on them.
