A lack of direction and poor emphasis on quality

    Software Developer (Former Employee)

ProsGood salary compensation. Respectful atmosphere. Younger crowd is vibrant. Professional environment.

ConsLack of direction in senior management. Too focused on satisfying every client's demands and not solving the real problem they have. Poor emphasis on quality, high emphasis on speed without design work.

Advice to Senior ManagementSolve real problems and issues. Clients do not know what they want. Tell them what the solution is, not make what they tell you to.

    Great people

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Toronto, ON (Canada)

ProsCamilion is all about the people. Friendly (for the most part;)), intelligent and hard working. The benefits are amazing and salary is competitive.

ConsCamilion, can sometimes be it's own enemy. As in any place, politics can get in the way.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to your employees. Let go a little. Give ownership to those you've hired and trust in them. The senior team needs to entrust and take a chance or two.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
