Not a bad place to work, it was a fun enviroment. 40% discount on tools to the employee

The commute is wonderful if you live in Mount Juliet, Lebanon, or Hermitage Tennessee.
It was a challenging environment(explaining how to repair multiple products).
Cons
Human Resources often took the side of management.
Human Resources turned a blind eye to inappropriate actions by the Customer Service Manager.
Upper management used deceptive practices. One gentlemen was walked out after they determined his practices were inappropriate.
Human Resources and upper management were very unsupportive of the Customer Service Team.
Advice to Senior Management
Be supportive of your staff. When you support them productivity will increase.

Consolidate divisions, streamline interdepartmental processes, develop formal day to day business procedures in the product management, pricing, sales, customer service and distribution functional areas.
